Returns & Exchanges
1. GoChamps Sports products once purchased will not be refunded or replaced with another product.
2. Replacement of the GoChamps Sports product will only happen in the following circumstances:
a. In case of product defect
b. In the case of an exchange of size
b. In the case of an exchange of size
3. The replacement procedure (in-case of product defect) will be as follows:
a. In case of product defect, dedicated personnel at GoChamps Sports should be informed within the first 7 days from the receipt of the product.
b. Communication of the issue/problem with the purchased product should be done over email at support@ascentsigmax.com.
c. Post communication over e-mail, our dedicated personnel would highlight the address where the product should be returned.
d. The defective product should be couriered to the mentioned address along with the product packaging and the original invoice. Please ensure that the original product packaging is maintained.
e. Shipping charges to return the product is at the expense of the buyer.
f. It would take 14 to 20 days after the product is received for the necessary checks to post, and only in the event of manufacturing errors on the part of the company would the material be replaced.

c. As the issue is around size exchange, it is essential that the product is maintained in its originality along with product packaging and invoices. Upon fulfilment of the required checks, the product would be exchanged in the required size, as requested.
